Casper Warren is a Minneapolis artist, comics maker, author, and punk crafter with an ardor for nature. They are rampantly mixed media, but are in a long term relationship with colored pencils. Their work focuses on color, queer liberation, autobiographical journalism, and the poetry of growing things.
Casper produces analog and digital illustration, comics, collages, paintings, poetry, fiction and non-fiction prose, graphic design, and DIY fashion. Their work has appeared in publications such as Illustoria Magazine. They moonlight as an art teacher and editor.
Casper's pronouns are they/them/theirs and he/him/his. They were born in the mid 90s. They hold a Bachelor's degree from the Kansas City Art Institute. In their spare time, they are involved in community organizing, baking bread, and cuddling their perfect cat.
